The DuPont™ SFP-2880 is an 8-inch, high-flow ultrafiltration membrane module engineered for superior performance in large-scale water treatment systems. Featuring a robust, hydrophilic PVDF hollow fiber design with a precise 0.03-micron pore rating, it ensures exceptional removal of bacteria, viruses, and colloids, providing reliable protection for downstream processes like reverse osmosis. Its outside-in filtration configuration allows it to handle challenging feed water with high suspended solids, reducing pretreatment needs. With a large 77 m² membrane area, it delivers an economical solution for systems over 50 m³/hr, offering excellent durability, lower operating costs, and compact system design for municipal and industrial applications such as surface water treatment, wastewater reuse, and seawater pretreatment.
