The Veolia E-Cell MK-9 Electrodeionization (EDI) Module is designed for high-flow, continuous production of ultra-pure water in industrial applications, capable of delivering flows up to ​​10 m³/h​​ (44 GPM) with resistivity ​​≥16 MΩ·cm​​ and silica removal to ​​≤5 ppb​​. It eliminates the need for chemical regeneration, reducing operational costs and environmental impact. Ideal for power generation, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, and microelectronics, the MK-9 operates at recovery rates up to ​​97%​​ and supports hot-water sanitization (up to ​​85°C​​) for stringent hygiene requirements. Its robust construction ensures stability under varying feedwater conditions, with compliance to CE, RoHS, and ISO 9001/14001 standards. The module integrates seamlessly into reverse osmosis (RO) systems for polishing permeate, offering scalability and minimal maintenance
